Unable to Close Periodic Periods

Hello,Unable to close periodic period since i have closed all perpetual inventory periods and AP periods. i still having message " All perpetual periods for all organizations in all organization
cost groups in the legal entity having period end dates less than or equal to periodic accounting period end date has to be close before closing the periodic accounting period ".
