Changing apps and alloracle users password in R12

Hi All,

i am new to this community, I want to change apps password in Production.

DB : 11.2.0.2.0 RAC with ASM ( 2 nodes) (  RAC1, RAC2)

E-BIZ R12.1.3 , Shared Application Tier, with PCP (2 nodes), ( EBS1,EBS2)

My question is ' Is it normal to change apps / alloracle users passwords in this environment using FNDCPASS ?

shall i need to do any thing more after this ?

autoconfig is compulsory? if so , can anyone please give me the order of runnnig autoconfig on each node

i have been advised to follow notes, but i couldnt find any issue related to my environment,
