Report via Concurrent Program Running Normal But not Finished Yet

Hi,

All  concurent programs   seeded  and   custom programs  and  process  from all modules  are getting  finished but  when  users  are    running  any  concurrent program  with  report  type  the  concurrent programs  are  running in Normal mode  but  not gettign  completed.

We tried  bouncing the  both application,DB  and  CM  but  still it  did not help.

It is  only  happening  for   concurrent  manager  report  types  only.
