Depot Repair return item price

Hi all,

When a depot item is returned by a customer, assuming there is a price and cost exists for that item in ERP, how do we nullify charging this price on the return line.

OM return line shows the qty as -1. But if it has a price of this item say 1000 $, does it anyway affects the customer customer account?
