City Tax Not shown when entered a manual transaction in AR

Hello..

I have tried creating the tax for new city, and it worked well in test environment , but when i did the same in production the City tax is not shown when i enter a manual transaction only state & County are being shown , dont understnd what step am i missing compared to test.

I appreiciate  your help in solving this ..like are there any programmes to run ..

I have followed this steps in order to create teh Tax

Added teh New city in TCA

gave the postal code

added the same in US tax city zone 

created a jurisdiction and Tax rate & i have also added the option INSIDE CITY LIMITS at supplier site address and ticked.
