How do I resolve No Heartbeat messages when using Ops Center 12c

I have two servers with ASR installed and received  No Heartbeat messages, are both being managed by Ops Center 12c.  I have already reviewed document Auto Service Request (ASR) No Heartbeat - How to resolve (Doc ID 1346328.1) and it didn't have an answer which addressed managing ASR with No Heartbeat when using Ops Center 12c. Any suggestions.
