BI Publisher - can't connect any web address

Hi,
I have encountered a strange issue. My BI server has worked perfectly well but lately it run completely out of space. I found some logs, tmps etc, deleted them and still I can't connect any BI/WLS address:

http://servername:7001/console
http://servername:7001/xmlpserver

when I start the server, I can see WLS services up, log says:
