BSSV package - assistance needed

Hi All,
Ihave another issue concerning BSSV. This time the developer has commited some business function that is supposed to work with Business services of his own making. I assembled the package (normal one) and whenI submitted the build, the client build went OK but R9622 pdf says only: Build Started and I can not deploy this package. I have no experience at all with BSSVs so I assembled another package containing business services and tried to deploy it on BSSV server - also unsuccessfull. The developer has also no idea about BSSV (his first time) so I have no idea if
