How can I restart the workflow activity on specific order

When I try to book an order but failed with error message Order currency (MOP) does not match ledger currency (HKD). Please specify the currency conversion type.

after I run the HTMomse12.sql that the result show Incorrect WorkFlow Activity associated to this Order Header.

the same order was fine in testing env but failed in production. Would some one help me how to restart the workflow activity?
