Issue:  while applying the patch 7653364 getting the following error:

STRT_TASK: [Relink executables] [] [Sun Mar 03 2013 17:02:50]


Relinking executables...


An error occurred while relinking application programs.
Continue as if it were successful [No] : No
 Freeing includes hash table 
Freeing fixes hash table 
 Freeing basedons hash table 
Freeing entities hash table
