[Log Severity] define the [error] 's condition

Hi experts

I have a question about [Log Severity].

I know when the message's type is [error], the [Log Severity] will define the [error].

But I found some message's type are [30% Expansion Prompt], but the

[Log Severity] defined [error] too.

I want to know under what kind of circumstances, the [Log Severity] will define the [error]?
