EM12cR2 Software Only Installation

I'm trying to work through one of the backup/restore scenarios for EM12c (Repo DB, OMS) moving from Host A to Host B. When installing EM12 (software only) on host B, I don't get the option to select additional plugins, so I only have 4, which doesn't match the config I have on my host A.
I'm struggling to find a way to ensure that Host B has the same plugins as Host A.

Any pointers would be appreciated.
