Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Error on seq

hi,

when i am creating maintenance routing for my activity i am getting this error

APP-FND-01206 this record already exists

i tried changing seq number but that didn't work.
