WEB ADI Error

Hi Team,

I am getting below error while trying to open function as "Create Document" from the Oracle Web ADI responsibility.

                   "HTTP 404 Not Found".

Instance Details:
RDBMS : 11.2.0.2.0
Oracle Applications : 12.1.3
