Oracle session getting terminated auomatically from the DB running on ESX virtual environment

Hi All

We have the DB running on ESX virtual environment.  Inactive client session are getting terminated automatically after aproximately 30mnts. Checked the profile, listener parameter which is fine.

Please advise.
