Auto Create JDE Accts

Does anyone use the CRM Accts, Contacts, Contact/Acct Relationship, or Contact Addresses to auto create JDE Accts?

Are you doing that with a nightly push or do you have a "trigger" field to push the information to JDE immediately?  Need some guidance on this before suggesting this project to the team.
