Using the My Oracle Support Portal (MOSC)

dashboard missing Contact US region

Last week (and for many mounts before that) my dashboard included the Contact US region.  Today it is missing and the Customize Page... "Add Content" window is empty.  (see attachment)
Any ideas on how to restore the missing region.
