MSCPDCW module: Planning ODS Load Worker errored out with ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into ("MSC".

We run the ATP Data Collection in Complete Refresh mode every Sunday for about five years now. The Planning ODS Load Worker (MSCPDCW) errored out on Sunday and the log has the following error:

Error in PROCEDURE=LOAD_ITEM, TABLE=MSC_SYSTEM_ITEMS
ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into ("MSC"."SYSTEM_ITEMS_NPR"."INVENTORY_PLANNING_CODE")
ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into ("MSC"."SYSTEM_ITEMS_NPR"."INVENTORY_PLANNING_CODE")
ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into ("MSC"."SYSTEM_ITEMS_NPR"."INVENTORY_PLANNING_CODE")

We have not encountered this error before. I searched Oracle Support without success. I performed the script below and it did not return any record.
