Internal Requisition -- charge account is not populated for internal requisition.

 R12.1.3

We are in upgrade process for R12.1.3.

We are facing an issue with internal requisition where Charge Account is not getting populated. Can anyone help me on this.

its giving me below error, this works fine in 11i and we didn't do any changes in R12.1.3 for any accounts.
