Offhook agents get disconnected every 6 minutes
My agents all work off hook. Since we
upgraded our system to the latest release of the CCA application we have been
having a problem where the agent leg is disconnecting every 6 minutes.
This only happens when they are idle. However when they are being
disconnected the system also appears to be logging them out of the predictive
so they have to relog back in to get calls again. Do you have any idea
what the issue could be?
