Direction on Excel Add In

My firm is using the Essbase Excel Add-In, and we are concerned, if this is supported on the latest version of Essbase System 11
Even though support had been discontinued for the Essbase Excel Add In, how are you managing your upgrade to System 11 while users are still using Essbase Excel add In
