apstidln.sql during 12.1.1 upgrade running for over 24 hours

apstidln.sql running long time 24 hours+ I can see it is still updating xla_distributions_links has over 180.000,000 rows and growing. Are there any performance tips for this?

upgrade 11.5.10.2 to 12.1.3

AIX 5.3 64bit

Database 11.2.0.3
