Email Confirmation

Hey,

On a webform, we'd like to have a question set of 'Email' and 'Email Confirmation'.  The user will enter their email address in both fields, and a field validation rule (or something) will check to ensure the user entered the email the same in both fields.  Is there a way to write the field validation rule, or is there another way to meet this requirement?
