US PAY: How to add Company name to State W2 Magnetic Media Output file (RA Record)?

Getting the following error when trying to submit State W2 Magnetic Media File for Oregon:

Validation errors occurred in your TEST W-2 submission.

  • The value "" for the submitter company name is incomplete. It must have 57 characters. Left justify and fill with blanks. (RA record positions 38-94)
