Terminated Plans/Coverage End Dates not shown on Life Event Processing Summary

Hi,

Would you know what setup should I review in order to resolve the issue I am  facing with OAB? After an Upgrade Terminated Plans/Coverage End dates are not showing on Life Event Processing Summary.
