Report manager security

Hello,

we are upgrading from R11 to R12.1.3  

In R11 we used Application Desktop Integrator and the Request Center to publish FSGs

In R12 this is no longer available and has been replaced with WebADI and report manager but we can't replicate the same functionality.

We need to be able to publish reports by company segment.  Is there a way to subdivide the repository manager by company segment without making the reports visible to other company responsibilites.  Basically I would like to have separate Report Manager resonsibilites, one for each company.  Each responsibility only seeing the reports that were run for that responsibility.
