Incorrect Warehouse on sales Order

Hello All,
We have created Sales Orders with incorrect Warehouse as source Organization which leads to wrong Revenue account. All these sales orders are stuck in Interface table.

We can not correct the warehouse on Sales orders as the Orders are closed. Please suggest if there is any way to correct this now.
