Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. The following error message is coming while copying the order.

ORA-20001: APP--20110: Encountered an error in JAI_OE_OLA_TRIGGER_PKG.ARIU_T1 ORA-20401: RMA quantity can NOT be more than shipped quantity

ORA-06512: at "APPS.APP_EXCEPTION", line 72
