Patch 6678700 : 11i to 12.1 Upgrade : Fails with ORA-33292 "Insufficient Permissions" in script MSDX

Hi there

Upgrading from 11.5.10.2  to R12  when applying patch 6678700 fails with:

   sqlplus -s APPS/***** @/u01/DEV4/apps/apps/apps_st/appl/msd/12.0.0/patch/115/sql/MSDXWDEVKIT.sql
   begin

   ORA-33292: Insufficient permissions to access analytic workspace APPS.XWDEVKIT
