Error while applying patch 9508416

  customer have the following Issue
having a problem while clicking on the lines it is giving ORA-01403 no data found and quiting from application. For that we have applied a patch 9508416. While applying the patch it ends in error,


An error occurred while generating Oracle Forms library files.
Continue as if it were successful [No] : no
Freeing includes hash table
Freeing fixes hash table
Freeing basedons hash table
Freeing entities hash table


ERROR generating library "resource/XLATACCT.plx" from input file
/u01/apps/apps_st/appl/au/12.0.0/resource/XLATACCT.pll
