Hi All,

R12 upgrade driver failed while executing QPXPRPHS.ldt file with the below error message:

Dumping from LCT/LDT files (/la01/oracle/afteul/apps/apps_st/appl/qp/12.0.0/patch/115/import/QPXPRPHS.lct(120.0), /la01/oracle/afteul/apps/apps_st/appl/qp/12.0.0/patch/115/import/US/QPXPRPHS.ldt) to staging tables
Dumping LCT file /la01/oracle/afteul/apps/apps_st/appl/qp/12.0.0/patch/115/import/QPXPRPHS.lct(120.0) into FND_SEED_STAGE_CONFIG
Dumping LDT file /la01/oracle/afteul/apps/apps_st/appl/qp/12.0.0/patch/115/import/US/QPXPRPHS.ldt into FND_SEED_STAGE_ENTITY
Dumped the batch (QP_PRICING_PHASES 1 0 , QP_EVENT_PHASES PO_RECEIPT ) into FND_SEED_STAGE_ENTITY
