Upgrade 1 system approach - same host - from 10.2.0.5 to 12c

Hi experts.
I'am in the step of upgrading the agents. I have in this Oms, two agents, both Microsoft Windows.
I want to make one manually installing the 12c binaries in that host and the other via the Oms.
Where to download the 12c agent?  How to install.  In 11g version you modified the additional_agent.rsp and do a silent installation. Now, how to do the 12c? Where are the instructions?
