Item Notes not Printing on Work order Part List (P31415)

 Hi,
I have encountered an Issue where Item notes are not printing on Work Order Part list P31415 (WS version A 7.3). I have checked following:

1. Item notes are not expired
2. item notes are linked to application P31415 (Part list application)  in F4017..There is no document type exception for the item notes to print
3. Procesing Option number 35 in P31410 (Enter 1 to print item generic text) is set to 1.

(We noticed that  in F4017, there is short item 999999 with Print on report flag  value as Y, I learned there is a SAR around this issue.Please advise the SAR number for this)
