How to make a view in ''account analysis and drilldown'' window, public (reachable by all users)?

Hi All,

We are implementing EBS R12. We want to know how to assign a View In Account Analysis & Drill Down window To All Users?
We created a View in a GL responsibility by a User. This view is not reachable by other users, even having the same responsibility. We want to save time and effort by creating Views only one time, by make them accessible to all users.
