Adding an e-mail link to a UI page

I'm working in 11.5.10.

I want to add an e-mail link to one of the UI pages. When I attempt it, it opens the e-mail but then I get an "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage" error in the configurator.

Ideally, I want to also be able to e-mail the UI page as well. I haven't found a way to do this either.

Can anyone assist?
