Java Connector Sample over the Internet

Hello,
I have a customer who is interested in using the Java Connector for their integration solution, but he would like to use it over the Web/Internet.
He is aware of our standalone Java Client Sample (Doc ID: 660430.1).  Also, he DOES NOT want to use our BSSV solution.

Does anyone have a simple sample that calls GetEffectiveAddress (or some other simple BSFN) from a web browser and would like to share? 
The sample should include the source code and instrucstions on the deployment process to a web server.

Could you please let me know?
