Bulk copy reports

All,
Just trying to understand the process to follow for copying reports from one environment to another. I am trying to synch reports. I have only one application and am running reports for HFM 11.1.1.3 (don't have planning or essbase). In addition I have tried to do a multiple export directly from HFM but the zip file created with the report is blank.

Is there a better way?
