12c agent configuring

Hi experts.
The configuring of a 12c agent from the Oms failed with the following:

Deploying agent.

Successfully deployed Agent.

Successfully copied all required files.

Successfully added Oracle Home Targets

Successfully converted the targets.xml to new format.

Successfully merged emd.properties.

Successfully converted the agntstmp.txt to new format.

Successfully resolved OUIInventories.add

Failed in creating agent services.

Failed to migrate agent.

 

Perform - mode finished for action: Configure

 

You can see the log file: \oracle\agent12g\core\12.1.0.2.0\cfgtoollogs\oui\configActions2013-03-05_12-26-57-PM.log

 

\oracle\agent10g\sysman\emd>exit /b 3

Failed to configure agent.
