When Oracle generates warranty contracts behind the scenes, how does it determine the org_id for the

I am doing a mass load of Install Base records in a conversion effort.  I'm populating the install base interface tables and running the 'Install Base Open Interface' process to create Install Base records.  When an IB record is created, Oracle checks to see whether the item in the IB record has a warranty associated with it, and if it does, it "automagically" generates a service contract for the warranty item. 

Everything is working fine in testing, except the users have found that Oracle is creating the warranty service contracts in the wrong org.  I'd like to understand 2 things:

1.  What process or program does Oracle use to generate those warranty contracts (in case someday I need to read the PL/SQL to figure out what it's doing).
