Raccheck recommending patch 14727347

Hi,

We are trying to install the RAC in our environmet. Specifications as below

RHEL: 5.8

Oracle GI:11.2.0.3

Oracle Database: 11.2.0.3

I have downloaded lestest version of the RACCheck utility and executed on our both nodes and one of the recommendation is as following.

1 Recommended RDBMS patches for 112030 from /usr/app/oracle/product/11.2.0/db_11201 on node1

Is this correct? Do we need to apply this patch?

I am first time using this utility, so please advice what messages can be ignored and what can not?
