CM14 Report Date/Time TimeZone issue

Out of box BI forms and Reports for CM use the Date/Time inserted on reports to display Date Printed using the standard BIEE Date/Time features.

When these reports are run, this Date is printed not as local time zone but as GMT time zone.

Attempts to resolve include:

1.  User account (in BI) that CM uses to run reports has been set to local time zone, but report still shows GMT.

2.  Weblogic server has been set to local timezone, but report still shows GMT.

3.  The only solution that appears to work is to modify the syntax of the data model to retrieve today's date in local time zone and then replace the standard BI Date/Time functions with these, but this involves modifying every single report provided in the default CM14 report list.

Howdy, Stranger!
