API for getting display value for a segment of DFF.

in EBS Customizations (MOSC) Question
Hi All,

        We have a requirement to get the display value for a value of a segment in the DFF.

We  have segment value which gets stored in the DFF table.Now we have to find the corresponding Display value that is shown in the front end.

Basically we have to get the value from the valueset attached to the segment of the DFF. But the value set can of type Independent,dependent and table type.
