File Folders with no Where used

Hello

We are concerned about File storage on our file servers and whether we have a lot of junk in the system that we dont really need. I noticed that there are many file folders that have files attached to them but when I click the "Where Used" tab they are not used any more. I also noticed when I search the file name associated with the file folder there is always a file folder that does have a where used to some object in the system. My question:

Is there some kind of report that I can run that will show me all file folders with no where used. I saw in a white paper that there is a Dead Files locator tool as defined:
