How many fields have the "secondary" record objects?

The help file provides a list of objects and the different types of fields available on each of them. (Administering Oracle CRM On Demand > Application Customization > Record Type Application Customization Page > About Custom Fields)

However the following objects do not appear in that list:

Account Address Field Setup
Account Contact Field Setup
Account Relationship Field Setup
Account Contact Field Setup
Contact Address Field Setup
Contact Relationship Field Setup

Where can I find that information?
