Preventive Maintenance Generate Service Requests and Tasks

Hi,Could you explain, what does the concurrent: Preventive Maintenance Generate Service Requests and Tasks?

We ran this program for a period of 30 days and generated 9600 service requests and all of them were assigned to the same group and the same owner.
