Vertex 3.1.0 issue

Q: What are the requirements (if any) from JDE in order to install the latest Vertex update 3.1?

A: For the installation process, there are no requirements from JDE.  You should be able to install Vertex version 3.1.0 with no problem.  However, there is an issue with Interim Checks not creating (hard error on P06VTXXML)  using Vertex version 3.1.0.  BUG 16299539 has been created to fix this issue.  This BUG will be included in the update A936238356-Vertex Q-Series Integration.  You will need to take this update to proactively prevent the interim issue.
