Upgrade 8 terabyte database from 10g to 11g, performance is bad

We upgraded 8 terabyte database from 10g to 11g, performance is slow. Server is aix which upgraded from 5.3 to 7.1 too.

I noticed in ADDM performance analysis, the first list is virtual memory paging 100% impact, this is in each ADDM. Before upgrade, I never see this

Here is our parameter value

sga_max_size                         big integer                      40576M
pga_aggregate_target                 big integer                      20G

Physical memory in server is 131072M

What's the reason will cause the virtual memory paging?
