RCV_TRANSACTION PROCESSOR

Hi,
We are doing a custom receiving process(MWA mobile forms)custom screen for put-away process from receiving to inventory

but rcv transactions table is getting affected with the transaction_type 'DELIVER'  and there is a entry for the record in the rcv transactions with transaction_type 'DELIVER'

but the issue the on hand quantity is not getting up increased in the particular put-away subinventory and in the locator

what may be the issue

how can i see the quantity which i recently put-awayed
