Account number creation when Oracle iSupport User is registered

Hi,

When Registering any user of a customer in iSupport, a customer account is created in the customer master (as person) against the main customer with no details (only communication tab has the details).

Why this is created, what is the requirement of creation of this account and if not required then how can we restrict?
