Quantity Missing

Receipt # 54035, for item MTL-00601 quantity is incorrect by 6. Attached is all the activity against the receipt, in excel spreadsheet, which should leave a total of 163 remaining on the receipt but the attached screenshot shows that when pulling up the receipt there is only 157 available to inspect. The transaction register was checked and shows no abnormal activity or errors in movement.
